Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clerical support to Health Ministry CE staff.
• Process service calls and manage phone inquiries.
• Maintain both hardcopy and computerized file systems.
• Enter data in CMMS and generate reports.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate travel and vendor communications.
• Assist with reports and special projects.
