No recruiting experience required; an engineering mind and good judgment are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be in final year or graduated in a technical field listed above.
• Strong technical foundation and genuine interest in hardware engineering.
• Good instincts about people and ownership with a willingness to learn recruiting.
• Interest in using your engineering background to build a career in technical recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Review engineering resumes, portfolios, CAD, PCB work, hardware photos, and test results to decide who advances.
• Talk with candidates and work closely with engineers to judge who built the work and shows depth.
• Source engineering talent and manage candidates through the recruiting process.
• Collaborate with engineers, learn from outcomes, and sharpen hiring judgment over time.
