Job summary

AZAD Technology Partners in Vancouver, WA is seeking an Engineering Support Specialist to provide materials coordination and support to the Construction and Maintenance Services group. This 2-year plus consultant role offers full-time on-site work, 5 days per week, with a pay rate between $33.66 and $38.09 per hour depending on qualifications and compensation package. The position requires a high school diploma and practical experience in engineering operations and materials control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply/logistics, construction management or engineering preferred.
• Level 2: 5 years of engineering operations experience in construction logistics or related field.
• Knowledge of material inventory and control policies and procedures.
• Experience with Oracle ERP, Excel VBA, and SharePoint.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License or RealID required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate materials and assist Construction & Maintenance Services teams.
• Validate government-furnished project materials availability per contract and work schedule.
• Collaborate with supervisors, Contracting Officers' Representatives, Contract Specialists, and customers to ensure material readiness.
• Provide on-site support and coordination for assigned projects, with 5 days on-site weekly in Vancouver, WA.
• Maintain documentation and data entry in relevant systems.
