Job summary

P&G Canada is hiring for 4, 8 and 12 month co-ops starting January 2027 at our Belleville, Ontario Feminine Care manufacturing site. Roles include Operations Co-Op and Process & Engineering Co-Op, with on-site work and a meaningful scope of manufacturing projects.

You will receive onboarding, mentorship through affinity groups, and performance feedback, with a competitive starting salary for a co-op. Sponsorship is not available for this role.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be enrolled in full time schooling.
• Preference is given to individuals who have completed at least 3 years in Electrical, Chemical, Physics or Mechanical engineering programs at an accredited University.

Responsibilities

• You will deliver manufacturing and engineering projects during your term.
• Detailed scope of work will be provided to enable realization of process control, systems improvements and quality initiatives.
• Corporate onboarding accelerates training and development.
• Integration into affinity groups for mentoring and resources.
• Provide honest and constructive feedback on performance.
