Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years managing and developing engineers.
• Strong background in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, DevTools, or scalable backend systems.
• Experience designing or operating stateful services at scale.
• Strong architecture and systems-design judgment.
• Comfortable managing highly senior engineers while remaining technically engaged.
• Experience taking ambiguous or greenfield infrastructure projects from design to production.
• Strong product instincts and ability to connect infrastructure decisions to developer/customer experience.

This is a highly technical management role for someone who can develop engineers, set architectural direction, and help take a new infrastructure product from early design through production launch.
