Job summary

eero, an Amazon Company, is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a wireless networking team. You will guide embedded and networking initiatives, drive product-focused decisions, and ensure high performance in a fast-moving environment.

The role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on architectural input, and the ability to drive projects from ideation through deployment and field monitoring.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Experience leading high‑performance teams.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and product teams to define a product and bring it to market.
• Experience driving technical strategy and identifying high‑impact engineering investments.
• Experience with capacity planning and delivery estimation using velocity metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a high‑performance team of engineers.
• Identify and deliver the highest impact engineering investments for long‑term delivery.
• Partner with Product to define and refine new requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, managers, and stakeholders on project requirements and execution.
• Guide and lead technical solution design to meet product needs.
• Support team members through personal and professional challenges.
• Communicate rolled‑up status to a wide range of audiences and estimate delivery dates with confidence.
