Collaborating with Research, Safety, Product, and Policy, you will define evaluation frameworks, drive performance, and mentor engineers to grow technically and professionally while delivering measurable improvements in content integrity

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience managing machine learning teams, ideally in web safety or content integrity.
• Experience training, fine-tuning, or distilling LLMs and ML models.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build next-generation system protections with hands-on design and deployment strategies.
• Lead and mentor a small, senior ML engineering team.
• Collaborate with Research, Safety, Product, and Policy to leverage tools and drive advancements.
• Utilize state-of-the-art models to detect and prevent problematic content effectively.
• Establish robust evaluation frameworks and metrics to measure progress.
