Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years in infrastructure or DevOps; 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in AWS, networking, and infra-as-code.
• Experience with web application infra and internal tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers across infrastructure, compliance, and internal web platforms, while contributing as an individual contributor.
• Define and drive the technical vision for infrastructure and internal systems.
• Establish consistency in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) across AWS environments.
• Oversee compliance practices for SOC2, HIPAA, and medical device regulatory requirements.
• Lead development of internal web portal to support manufacturing, service, and operational workflows.
• Partner with stakeholders across engineering, clinical, and regulatory to align on priorities.
• Enforce best practices in security, observability, automation, and availability.
