The Team

The Identity Lifecycle team develops scalable solutions to manage customer identity information, focusing on supporting customers beyond onboarding.

The Role

Preferably based in the Pacific Time Zone (North America), due to collaboration with teams in Australia. As an Engineering Manager, you will oversee technical architecture, facilitate cross-disciplinary collaboration, and mentor your team and peers. You will shape the team's vision and roadmap in partnership with product management, designers, and leadership.

You Will
  • Lead and participate in technical, design, strategy, and product discussions with organizational leaders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to build impactful products and platform features.
  • Build a world-class team through hiring, coaching, and developing engineers, fostering pragmatic decision-making, and leveraging your technical expertise.
  • Define your team's vision and roadmap based on customer needs.
  • Creatively solve challenging technical problems at scale.
  • Promote ownership, inclusiveness, accountability, pragmatism, and urgency within the team.
  • Support team execution in various ways, including coding, planning team events, or covering on-call shifts.
You Have
  • 8+ years experience working on complex systems and delivering quality software.
  • 2+ years managing engineers, including mentorship and career development.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for building creative solutions.
  • Proven success in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Experience collaborating with product managers and other engineers on roadmaps.
  • Strong ownership, accountability, and autonomy.
  • Excellent communication skills.
