The Team

The Identity Lifecycle team designs and builds scalable solutions to manage customer identity information. We focus on supporting our customers beyond the initial onboarding stage.

The Role

Due to working with our teams in Australia, we prefer this person to be in Pacific Time Zone (North America). As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for technical architecture, ensuring collaboration across disciplines, and providing coaching and mentorship to your team and peers. You will drive the team's vision and roadmap alongside product management, designers, and leadership.

You Will

• Lead critical technical, design, strategy, and product discussions with organizational leaders
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to build impactful products and platform features
• Build a world-class team by hiring, coaching, developing engineers, and fostering pragmatic engineering decisions
• Define your team's vision and roadmap based on customer needs
• Solve challenging technical problems at scale
• Encourage ownership, inclusiveness, accountability, pragmatism, and urgency
• Support your team in execution, including coding, planning, or oncall shifts

You Have

• 8+ years in complex systems and software delivery
• 2+ years managing engineers with mentorship and career development
• Curiosity and creativity in solving complex problems
• Experience prioritizing urgency, excellence, and delivery in fast-paced environments
• Collaboration skills with product managers and engineers on roadmaps
• Strong ownership, accountability, and autonomy
