Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on architectural direction across the team’s systems and data models.
• Drive reduction of technical debt while balancing feature delivery.
• Participate in design reviews, merge request discussions, and technical decision-making.
• Advocate for engineering best practices including reliability, security, and maintainability at scale.
• Ensure uptime and data accuracy standards are met for enterprise customers.
• Lead post-mortems and drive incident follow-through.
• Collaborate with Product teams to translate goals into well-scoped engineering initiatives.
• Organize delivery swim lanes, set priorities, and forecast commitments.
• Own team-level delivery commitments and communicate risks early.
• Balance feature work, platform investments, and technical debt with transparency.
