Hexagon Mining is seeking an Engineering Manager to build and lead a high-performing team that delivers technically sound software solutions for our mining customers. You will own technical direction, mentor engineers, and partner with Product Management, Operations, and Sales to ensure value, usability, and maintainability across the product suite.

Qualifications

Strong written and oral English communication skills.
Engineering leadership experience (people management, technical leadership, project leadership).
5+ years of professional software engineering experience on complex, customer-facing products.
Strong knowledge of software architecture, design, testing, DevOps, and delivery processes.

Responsibilities

Guide technical direction and support design decisions for the product, platform, or technology area.
Mentor contributors and manage performance, recruitment, and succession planning.
Collaborate with Product Management and other functions to deliver valuable, maintainable outcomes.
Ensure delivery of agreed project scope, schedule, and quality.
Foster a healthy engineering culture across geographies and teams.
