Job summary

You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Facilities, and other partners to provide technical support, improve equipment reliability, and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires managing staff, shaping objectives, and guiding changes across technical priorities while aligning with Amgen’s engineering goals and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in engineering with leadership experience.
• Experience in cGMP or highly regulated environments preferred.
• Strong background in engineering, automation, facilities, or process support.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering activities to support reliable, compliant site operations.
• Collaborate across Manufacturing, QA, Facilities, and other teams.
• Direct staff development, coaching, and performance management.
• Drive continuous improvement, risk management, and CAPA programs.
