Responsibilities

• Chairs Independent Engineer Design Reviews for EP and EPC proposals; ensure comments resolved before senior management review.
• Ensures periodic IEDRs are conducted per policy.
• Monitor compliance with applicable state engineering laws for projects.
• Develops short- and long-range department objectives and implements actions to meet them.
• Maintains a qualified engineering organization aligned with current and future project needs.
• Assists in assigning Project Engineering Managers and monitors Supervising Discipline Engineers.
