Babel Street seeks an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the Secure Access team, guiding software and platform engineers across on-prem and cloud integrations. You will set technical direction, manage priorities, and mentor staff while balancing reliability with new features.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in engineering management, 5+ years hands-on in platform/infrastructure, and strong cloud and Linux/containers expertise.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent practical experience
• At least three years of direct engineering management experience
• At least five years of hands-on experience in platform, infrastructure, or software engineering
• Experience managing virtualized on-premises infrastructure, particularly VMware vSphere/ESXi
• Experience with VDI or remote-access infrastructure
• Experience deploying and operating workloads on a major cloud platform, preferably GCP
• Working knowledge of Linux administration, containers, and CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to break down a product vision into workable engineering tasks
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely to nontechnical stakeholders
