Infinitesima is seeking an Engineering Manager, Scientific Software to lead the Data Analysis team responsible for turning raw AFM scan data into robust 3D measurements. You will shape software strategy, manage delivery in a cross-functional setting, and maintain hands-on technical leadership in an on-premises, offline environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical leadership or people management.
• Hands-on background in software development, ideally with image processing or scientific data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of scientific software engineers to deliver high-quality, fault-tolerant software.
• Own the team's software strategy and evolve image-processing algorithms and architecture.
• Coach team members through 1:1s, appraisals and career development.
