Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior firmware leader in Minnesota to drive end-to-end server firmware development, architecture design, and program delivery. You will guide cross-functional teams across Silicon vendors and ODMs, ensuring quality, performance, and platform compliance.

You will manage and develop engineers from junior to principal levels, translate product requirements into actionable firmware plans, and coordinate delivery across multiple concurrent programs with global teams.

Qualifications

• First level university degree or equivalent experience required.
• Typically 5 or more years of related work experience, including 0-2 years of people management experience.
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation); mastery in English.
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
• Previous people management experience (or strong technical lead transitioning to management).
• Experience with server platforms, x86 architecture, and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities
