Qualifications

• Experience leading software engineering teams and mentoring engineers.
• Hands-on background in backend or infrastructure systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native tooling.
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team building deployment, configuration, and feature-flagging platforms.
• Set technical direction for safe deployment of code, infra, and config.
• Collaborate with product, security, and infra to standardize safe deployments.
• Drive progressive rollout roadmaps and health-check automation.
• Define metrics for deployment safety and speed; ensure accountability.
• Represent the team in engineering org and contribute to cross-team initiatives.
