Job summary

Polluxa, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the newly formed Support & Stability team. You will own the highest-risk domains, ensure they stay clean, tested, and maintainable, and champion AI/automation as the default approach to turning recurring issues into permanent fixes.

You’ll build measurement systems and guardrails to detect risk, mentor engineers through growth, and partner with product and engineering leadership to improve overall system health across the platform.

Responsibilities

• Steward the highest-risk domains, keep them clean, tested, and maintainable.
• Build measurement systems to detect risks and guide actions.
• Prioritize root-cause fixes over ticket volume.
• Lead first-line triage for engineering support tickets.
• Drive AI adoption for domain maintenance and triage.
• Manage team growth with clear expectations and feedback.
• Stay technically credible with hands-on involvement when needed.
