Strong backend (Java) and frontend (React/Vue/Preact) experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and empower an IC team with onboarding, mentoring, and ownership.
Own the architectural vision for Customer Interfaces and translate designs into actionable output.
Drive development of dynamic UI components in Vue/Preact/TypeScript with scalable Java services.
Align product roadmap with technical debt, performance, and system stability.
Ensure operational rigor with security guardrails, incident response, and post-mortems.
Maintain close codebase involvement for architectural guidance and reviews.
Coordinate across global hubs to maintain documentation-first communication.
