Job summary

Prince Service & Manufacturing seeks an experienced Engineering Manager in Macon, GA to lead production engineering, design documentation, and process management. You will ensure timely delivery of drawings, specifications, and submittal packages in line with customer requirements and company standards.

You will manage external engineers, coordinate schedules with production, and support sales with technical input while upholding regulatory and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in engineering management or production engineering leadership.
• Experience managing design documentation and production drawings.
• Proven ability to manage multiple technical projects and schedules.
• Experience coordinating with external engineers and consultants.
• Familiarity with CAD standards and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Direct all production engineering activities including creation and release of drawings and specs.
• Enforce design standards and documentation across projects.
• Develop and maintain engineering schedules aligned with production and customer deadlines.
• Manage relationships with external engineers and consulting firms.
• Review external deliverables for quality and regulatory compliance.
• Lead customer submittal packages with specs, materials, and data.
• Collaborate on design-for-manufacturability with operations.
• Provide technical input to sales and project proposals.
• Report project status and issues to senior leadership.
