Job summary

Rillet is looking for a dynamic Engineering Manager to lead their product feature teams as they scale. Based in San Francisco or New York City, you'll work closely with CTO, product, and design teams to shape Rillet's technical vision and build innovative solutions. Candidates should have over 5 years in engineering and 3+ years managing teams with hands-on experience in Kotlin, Java, or TypeScript. Rillet offers competitive salaries between $220K - $260K, equity, and great benefits including flexible PTO and health insurance.
