Amca is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the Product Engineering team within the Business Operations department. This onsite role manages mechanical and electrical Product Engineers who ensure buildability, qualification, and profitable delivery.

The position requires 10% travel to factories, strong leadership, and experience in defense/aerospace hardware with ITAR compliance. Must be able to lead cross-functional reviews and drive engineering excellence.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering.
• 6+ years in defense/aerospace hardware engineering.
• 2+ years leading engineers as manager or tech lead.
• Experience qualifying hardware to aerospace specs.
• Ability to read GD&T, specs, data packages.
• Experience estimating manufacturing cost, lead time, risk.
• Strong written and verbal communication; present to non-engineers.
• On-site in El Segundo, CA; US person for ITAR.

• Manage, coach, and grow a team of engineers; set priorities and reviews.
