Qualifications

• 3+ years of people leadership in software teams.
• 10+ years of total software engineering experience.
• Strong foundation in computer science, architecture, and design.
• Proven track record leading teams through complex projects and delivering solutions.
• Experience designing and scaling distributed systems, microservices, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with event-driven development and messaging systems like Kafka.
• Strong frontend knowledge including React.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support the growth of a high-performing full-stack engineering team.
• Own project delivery, including roadmap execution, planning, risk management, and follow-through.
• Drive technical direction for core horizontal services and platforms.
