• Strong communication with product, design, data, and treasury teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the Money Movement engineering team to scale payment rails across the US and internationally.
• Lead technical guidance, hire and onboard engineers, remove roadblocks, and deliver scalable solutions.
• Own end-to-end money movement with reliable, compliant, cost-effective operations and SLOs.
• Drive modularization by extracting money movement into a standalone service with clean APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align strategy and protect customer trust.
• Foster innovation, collaboration, and excellence while communicating with senior leadership.
