Mistral is seeking an experienced Engineering Leader to build and scale the Partnership Engineering organization. You will lead a new team focused on technically complex work with our Partners, turning that work into repeatable product features.

You’ll scale the team, help prioritize and support work in a fast-paced environment, and build a healthy team culture. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to shape how Mistral’s technology is adopted globally and unlock large business

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and leading engineering teams.
• Strong skills in Python and at least one web framework (FastAPI, Django, Flask).
• Proficiency in C#, Golang, TypeScript and at least one web framework.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems.
• Excellent communication and ownership mindset.

• Own the most critical partnerships of the company and what’s required to make them a success.
• Translate product vision into technical reality, collaborating closely with the Product team.
• Ensure applications are performant, stable, and responsive.
• Uphold high code quality standards through reviews, testing, and automation.
• Own the full software development process, from design to deployment.
• Plan projects, including roadmaps, deadlines, and task allocation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Engineering, Product, Design, and Partners.
• Support team growth through hiring, onboarding, and mentorship.
