Job summary

Woodside Energy is seeking an Engineering Manager for Operations Readiness in TX, US. Lead the Trion Surface Engineering team through startup, first oil, and early field life. Ensure safe, reliable operations, and alignment with corporate standards. Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 15+ years upstream petroleum experience required.

You will collaborate with international teams, manage MOC processes, and drive performance, safety, and cost objectives. Relocation may be offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 15+ years upstream petroleum experience with facilities engineering and operations.
• Spanish and English bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Engineering Readiness strategy.
• Define and execute the Technology strategy.
• Develop and own localized Engineering procedures (MOC, Inhibits & Overrides).
• Build and develop the local Mexico workforce per staffing plan.
