Qualifications

8 years of software development experience.
3 years of experience with developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or compute/storage/hardware.
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
2 years of experience in people management or team leadership.

Responsibilities

Set and communicate team priorities that support the broader organization's goals.
Set clear expectations with individuals based on their level and role; provide feedback and coaching.
Develop mid-term technical goal and roadmap within the scope of your team; evolve the roadmap for future needs.
Design, guide and vet systems designs; write product or system development code.
Review code and ensure best practices, quality, and efficiency.
