Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading technical teams or engineering functions.
• 5+ years of experience in project management within new product/process development.
• Experience working with suppliers and quality systems (ISO standards).
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Experience in the commercial vehicle or wheel-end industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of new products and processes from concept to commercialization.
• Drive innovation in wheel-end components and manufacturing methods.
• Ensure successful product launches that meet customer and business needs.
• Track progress against key milestones and proactively manage risks.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of engineers.
