Job summary

Nebius Group is building a US-centered network infrastructure team to own end-to-end delivery of cross‑team initiatives. You will engage with SRE, SWE, network, security, and platform teams, initially hands-on with design reviews, incident response, and automation, then scale as the org grows.

The role emphasizes technical oversight, reliable tooling, and a path to standardizing workflows across time zones, with ownership and impact across the network stack.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software, SRE, network or infra engineering experience.
• Engineering background with production systems.
• Ability to read design docs and challenge assumptions.
• Strong understanding of Linux, networking, automation, and CI/CD.
• Proven ability to drive decisions in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Set engineering bar: code quality, design reviews, on-call practices, and standards.
• Own end-to-end delivery of cross-team network infra initiatives in the US.
• Define scope, align owners, and drive decisions to closure.
• Review designs, surface failure modes, dependencies and risks early.
• Stay hands-on during incidents and write code or automation when needed.
• Drive adoption of tools and workflows as the default way of working.
• Keep stakeholders across time zones informed with clear status.
