This role sits at the intersection ofsoftware,manufacturing,andmechanicalengineering.You'llwork closely with our manufacturing engineers to understand how composite parts and tooling are designed and built, then lead a team of software engineers developing the tools that make those processes faster, more reliable, and more automated.
The ideal person for this role comes from a manufacturing or mechanical engineering background and has strong programming experience, includ'ing experience working with computational geometry, CAD/CAM, or geometric modeling. Youdon'tneed to be the deepest algorithm expert on the team, but you should be technical enough to guide engineering decisions, understand the geometry problemswe'resolving, and help translate real-world manufacturing challenges into effective software solutions.
