Job summary

PTR Global is seeking an Engineering Manager in Glasgow, KY, to oversee manifolds for liquid cooling in data center environments. You will coordinate a skilled engineering team, provide technical support to end users and partners, and guide best practices for energy-efficient solutions.

You will lead product development, manage project delivery, and drive design reviews, DFMat, and manufacturing readiness across cross-functional teams, ensuring performance, cost, and quality targets are met.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year Engineering degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with manifolds/liquid cooling for data centers and piping design is a plus.
• Foundational piping design knowledge, valve selection, welding tech, and related hardware are required.
• Familiarity with cooling technologies for piping layouts in data center or construction environments is essential.
• Experience with structural, pipe stress, fluid flow, and regulatory audits is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end liquid cooling product development programs from concept to production launch and support.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and risk for engineering projects.
• Coordinate with customers, product management, operations, quality, and supply chain to align technical requirements with business goals.
• Lead design reviews, scrum processes, technical approvals, and production readiness assessments.
