Austin Allen Company - Professional Recruitment is seeking an Engineering Manager to design and optimize manufacturing processes in a high‑production environment. You will lead cross‑functional teams, drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, and manage capital projects and process validations to improve quality and reduce costs.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least eight years in complex manufacturing, with experience in metal casting, machining, or fabrication.

Formación

• Minimum of 8 years of engineering experience in complex manufacturing environments, including metal casting, machining, or metal fabrication.
• Proven ability to design and implement manufacturing process improvements.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple engineering projects.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma implementation experience required; certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and implement innovative manufacturing processes that improve efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives, turning improvement opportunities into measurable results.
• Direct engineering projects, capital improvements, and process optimization efforts.
• Lead cross-functional teams through process changes and new product launches.
• Oversee PFMEA development, risk mitigation, and process validation.
• Ensure manufacturing processes meet ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
