Job summary

Moveras, LLC is seeking a senior Process Engineer to lead engagement with production management and engineers on projects that improve efficiency and reduce waste. The role requires strong analytical capabilities and experience in process modeling and Lean practices.

You will oversee development of SOPs, read blueprints, and ensure equipment uptime while collaborating across functional teams to implement new processes and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide engagement and direction to production and manufacturing management and engineers on projects, improvements, equipment status and tasks to ensure efficient operations.
• Lead manufacturing process creation and improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and drive efficiency.
• Work with Manufacturing leadership to implement improvements reducing waste and boosting productivity.
• Plan and execute experiments, manage technical data, and compile analysis to support continuous improvements.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions to standardize practices.
• Read and evaluate blueprints and specifications; integrate standards into SOPs and maintenance guidance.
• Ensure daily equipment uptime and proper utilization per manufacturer specs and maintenance requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process-related issues and support implementation of new processes.
• Provide training and support to production teams for new processes where applicable.
