Job summary

ADM in Decatur, IL is seeking an Engineer Manager to lead the site’s engineering team in day-to-day process problem solving, project development, and technical development of the site’s engineers. The role reports to the Plant Manager.

You will develop KPIs, manage a capital portfolio up to 5M USD, collaborate with the Technology Engineering team, and drive safety and continuous improvement plant-wide while coordinating with EPCM firms and contractor teams to ensure safe, on-time project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years in process or project engineering with optimization experience.
• Experience leading teams and managing capital projects up to $5M USD.
• Strong communication, safety focus, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site engineering team in problem solving and project execution.
• Develop KPIs and manage a capital portfolio up to 5M USD.
• Collaborate with Technology Engineering for process optimization projects.
• Promote safety culture and continuous improvement across the plant.
• Coordinate with EPCM firms and contractor teams during project phases.
• Support plant operations and mentor engineers for growth.
