• Establish and prepare technical standards and design procedures.
• Define workflows, jobs, and reporting relationships for optimum effectiveness.
• Analyze impact of decisions on business operations.
• Support and develop budgets and business plans for projects.
• Analyze technology, resources, and timelines to plan project success.
• Recommend changes in methods or procedures.
• Identify and resolve complex problems.
• Be responsible for overall success of teams or projects.
