Job summary

Legend Brands is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for the design, development, testing, and launch of durable electromechanical consumer products. You will provide technical leadership across mechanical, refrigeration, electrical, and embedded-system engineering disciplines.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, eight+ years in engineering, and at least four years of people leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• Eight+ years of engineering work experience.
• At least four years leading technical staff.
• Experience with DF/DFM and transitioning products to production.
• Solid knowledge of mechanical design and electromechanical development.
• SolidWorks and 3D CAD proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop an engineering team across design, development, testing, and launch of durable products.
• Provide technical leadership across mechanical, refrigeration, electrical, and embedded systems.
• Manage priorities, schedules, and resources to meet objectives.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop engineering personnel; manage performance and career growth.
• Establish engineering best practices, processes, and standards.
