Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience in software development, architecture, or related fields.
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience in an engineering setting.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent coding and debugging skills across multiple programming languages.
• Deep understanding of modern web application development.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and cloud technologies.
• Proven experience managing engineering metrics, including team velocity, delivery commitments, and code quality.
• Experience writing maintainable, well-tested, and reliable code.
• Strong focus on engineering best practices.
• Experience supporting product and design teams in developing roadmaps and achieving goals.
• Demonstrated success building high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
