You’ll provide technical guidance, prioritize work, and uphold best practices for complex systems that directly impact customers and revenue. You will mentor engineers, collaborate with a product manager to shape roadmap, and actively recruit top talent to scale the team as we expand Axion and VehicleSim offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, robotics, or related field.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Programming experience in C++, Python, or Java.
• Ability to gain a US Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of software engineers.
• Partner with product manager to build a category-leading product in Axion and/or VehicleSim lines.
• Interview and recruit engineers for the team.
