Job summary

The role requires leadership of multifunctional teams across manufacturing, process improvement, product development, and software development, with strong Python data analysis and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or closely related field.
• Proven experience leading multifunctional teams across manufacturing, process improvement, product development, and software development.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Practical experience with Python for data analysis, automation, or process improvement tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and methodologies related to manufacturing and product development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering operations including shop drawings, work orders, quality control and technical execution of custom projects.
• Ensure outputs are accurate, complete, and aligned with project specifications.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Production, and Sales to deliver technically sound solutions.
• Identify and resolve engineering challenges to avoid production delays.
• Maintain engineering standards and implement review processes to reduce errors and improve turnaround time.
• Provide leadership to direct reports and perform performance reviews.
