Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in software engineering or AI/data science.
• At least 2 years in leadership or management role.
• Strong background in one or more technologies such as C++, Python, ML.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• US Citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineers, guiding career development.
• Oversee software projects and ensure timelines and quality processes.
• Provide technical guidance in design and development.
• Coordinate with Product, Program, and QA teams to align goals.
• Participate in recruiting to attract top engineering talent.
