Qualifications
- Hands-on technical management of enterprise automation teams and large-scale RPA initiatives.
- Expertise with Automation Anywhere or UiPath including architecture, bot development, orchestration, and platform administration.
- Certifications listed: Automation Anywhere Advanced RPA Professional or UiPath Developer/Advanced Developer/Solution Architect.
- Experience integrating AI technologies such as document processing, NLP, generative AI, or intelligent automation workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide intelligent automation initiatives from strategy through implementation.
- Be a hands-on technical leader, managing developers and architects with code reviews.
- Design scalable RPA/AI-enabled automation solutions and govern CoE platforms.
