Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/CS.
• Typically 10+ years in industrial automation, controls engineering, or systems integration.
• Advanced knowledge of control systems design, automation platforms, PLC/DCS/SCADA, and integration principles.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex automation projects.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project and managing scope/schedule/budget.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and executive audiences.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and regulatory compliance in engineering delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery and engineering execution across multiple automation and control‑system projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget objectives are met.
• Define, review, and approve system architecture and control‑system designs, driving robust integration strategies and technical decisions.
• Develop and implement company‑wide engineering design philosophies, standards, and best practices to improve quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with project managers, business development, and stakeholders to support technical proposals, presentations, and solution strategies.
• Provide expert technical guidance to project teams on engineering, operational, and financial considerations, including risk mitigation.
• Ensure adherence to quality management systems, safety standards, and continuous improvement in engineering workflows and documentation.
• Lead, mentor, and develop engineering staff, managing workloads, performance feedback, staffing, and career progression.
