Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Eight years of software development experience.
• Three years leading large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, or compute/storage initiatives.
• Three years in a technical leadership role.
• Two years in people management or team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Set and communicate team priorities aligned to the org's goals.
• Define performance expectations and provide coaching feedback.
• Develop mid-term technical outlook and roadmaps for multiple teams.
• Design and review system architectures within the broader scope and contribute code.
• Review others' code to promote best practices and code quality.
