Job summary

LeanTaaS is seeking a software engineering leader to drive product roadmaps, translate ideas into scalable technical specifications, and deliver high-quality code across Java, JavaScript, Python, HTML, and CSS. You will partner with QA to create robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and AWS, while monitoring and optimizing production systems such as RDS and EC2.

You will mentor engineers, analyze hospital data for new features, design ETL processes, and build complex multi-service

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field and two years IT experience including Java and SQL.
• Experience translating product ideas into technical specs and designing scalable architectures.
• Strong coding skills in Java, JavaScript, Python and front-end technologies (HTML/CSS).

Responsibilities

• Develop product roadmaps and release schedules with product management and QA.
• Translate product ideas into detailed technical specifications and architecture.
• Produce high-quality code in Java, JavaScript, Python, HTML or CSS.
• Build CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, Docker, and AWS; ensure timely delivery of features.
• Monitor production environments and resolve issues.
• Mentor engineers and strengthen the team.
• Analyze hospital data to identify feature opportunities and feasibility.
• Design ETL data transformations for standardized formats.
• Model large data tables for performance in secure environments.
• Design multi-service architectures and implement analytics algorithms.
