We’re hiring engineering leaders for fast-moving teams building critical infrastructure and high-volume crypto-native applications. This is not an internal role at Dragonfly.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of backend engineering experience, including leadership roles or as a technical co-founder
• Proven experience shipping crypto products: protocols, infrastructure, exchanges, wallets, or high-volume consumer apps
• Strong systems design skills, with experience in distributed systems and microservices
• Ability to lead in rapidly scaling environments with shifting priorities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams
