We are currently hiring engineering leaders for fast-moving teams developing critical infrastructure and high-volume crypto-native applications. This is not an internal role at Dragonfly.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of backend engineering experience, including roles as a team lead, manager, or technical co-founder
• Proven experience shipping impactful crypto products such as protocols, infrastructure, exchanges, wallets, or high-volume consumer apps
• Strong systems design skills with deep experience in distributed systems and microservice architectures
• Ability to lead in fast-paced environments with rapid scaling and shifting priorities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across engineering, product, and business teams

About The Roles

We are hiring across multiple portfolio companies, including:

• An infrastructure platform for smart contract wallets, prime brokerage, and OTC trading, with over $15B in transaction volume across 12 EVM chains. You will lead backend architecture and integration scaling.
• A rapidly growing crypto-native product with significant early volume and engagement. You will lead engineering strategy, stabilize critical systems, and scale infrastructure for long-term growth.
