Gigs is building a modern connectivity platform that enables embedded telecom experiences. This Engineering Manager role focuses on guiding a high-performing team, shaping technical direction, and delivering significant features for our rapidly growing product.

You will work closely with Product, Design, and cross-functional partners to ensure architectural excellence, reliability, and inclusive team dynamics across our hubs and occasional remote work.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience leading engineering teams in high-growth, product-driven environments.
• Strong technical background with shipped code at scale.
• Proven ability to grow and develop engineers.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and build clarity.
• Clear communicator with cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with modern product development practices (Go, Ruby, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, GCP), including CI/CD and observability.

• Lead, support, and grow a team of software engineers working on core parts of our platform.
• Partner with Product and Design to define priorities, shape roadmaps, and deliver high-quality features.
• Drive technical excellence—from architecture to code reviews to reliability.

• Ensure a sustainable and inclusive engineering culture where people thrive.
• Contribute to hiring and onboarding processes to scale the team thoughtfully.
