- Experience leading distributed engineering teams.
- Strong knowledge of GenAI, RAG, and secure software practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team to deliver secure, scalable enterprise products.
- Translate customer needs into roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Drive agile delivery, risk management, and rapid experimentation.
- Set technical direction across AI platforms, frontend, cloud, and networking.
