Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years in partner management, business development, sales, or channel development in tech.
• Experience with public cloud solutions across SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS.
• People management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a specialized team of PDMs focusing on depth across domain expertise, partner executive engagement, and technical proficiency.
• Guide teams through complex technical integrations and architecture mapping on the Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform (GEAP).
• Structure and execute unconventional, multi-year commercial agreements with C-level partner executives.
• Own KPIs focused on Agentic AI adoption: published agents, GEAP usage, and high-value business.
• Elevate partner relationships from co-sell to deep, joint-innovation partnerships in AI.
